Skincare is huge right now as people are not wearing makeup, due to WFH and want to focus on getting that glow up. Also Lockdown made people get to know their natural hair so there is more interest in that.

How will beauty-retailers change post-COVID?
I think there will be more emphasis on online consultations as consumers seek out advice about products before they buy. Also try before you buy will boom and the brands that invest in samples will flourish. Online retailers will fare well as they continue to stock products that are needed.
