What's In My Make-Up Bag - Sherika Miller
Sherika Miller (second from left) is the founder of Miss Teen Caribbean UK which is a pageant for girls aged between 12 and 17 from Caribbean heritage living in the UK. The aim of the pageant is to empower young women of Caribbean extraction. She also contributes to CaribDirect which is an online news site that covers issues in the Caribbean. She took time out to tell us what’s in her make-up bag. What’s in your make-up bag? In my makeup bag is my must have; Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference Refining Moisture Cream Complex, my YSL Lip Gloss, L’Oreal Mascara in Blackest Black and Fashion Fair Blushers and Concealers, MAC Ruby Roo Lipstick and Black-Up Foundation. I hardly ever wear make-up so these are essential items that get me ready in a matter of minutes.
Which is your favourite item in your make-up bag? My favourite item is my Ruby Roo Lipstick as I can wear it without any other make-up and it transforms my look. I love red lipstick and wear the colour for both daytime and night time looks.
Where did you get your make-up bag? My favourite make-up bag was bought whilst on holiday in Jamaica. It is black with a MAC logo that I paid about £10 for. Currently I have a brand new make-up bag which was a gift. I’ve had the first bag for over two years and I’m still not willing to throw it away as it fits all my products in.
