Tory Burch Absolu
Tory Burch is a fashion designer who eludes grace and elegance but at the same time is very relatable especially to women who are juggling careers and motherhood. Her clothes are very sophisticated but also wearable but it is her beauty collection that really stands out. It is really exquisite with gold trimmings and delicate details. The collection consists of makeup, skincare and her signature fragrances, with her latest being Absolu. Building on her debut fragrance, Vetiver this new scent is a much more intense and sophisticated version. While Vetiver is flirty and feminine, Absolu is pretty rich and feels really warm when you apply it but after it settles the scent entwines itself into your skin leaving a roasty smell that is perfect for the autumn months. The top notes are blackcurrants buds, pink peppar, lilly of the valley, the middle notes are rose, tuberose and jasmine sambac and bottom notes of sandalwood, vetiver, cedarwood and vanilla.
Longevity is pretty good, it lasted a good few hours before it needed to be reapplied. The packaging is exquisite along with the details and this fragrance will most certainly take pride amongst your other perfumes on your table.
Tory Burch Absolu is priced at £91.00 for 100ML.
