Mary Kay Skinvigorate Cleansing Brush
There are many staple products that a woman needs to have as a part of her beauty range and Mary Kay Skinvigorate Cleansing Brush is one of them. This cleansing brush comes with two brush heads and is powered by batteries. The brush is essentially more of an effective way of cleansing your face, rather than using your hands. Initially, I started using it regularly (every day or other day) as the product leaflet states that it can be used morning and night. However I eventually realised that this is not the type of product I should use frequently as I have quite dry skin. After this, I began to use the brush once or twice a week or when I feel I am in need of a deep cleanse. This cleansing brush incorporates a two speed setting, where the first speed is a bit more gentle and lighter and the second speed slightly more vigorous, this setting allows you to modify your cleansing experience. As well as having quite dry skin, it is also rather sensitive as well; therefore I found the first setting the most appropriate for my skin type and at times the second speed was a bit harsher on my skin.
Before I used this product, I would wet my face as well as the brush head and after I applied my cleanser onto my face. I then attach the brush head onto the handle and used it on my face using gentle circular motions, mainly around my cheeks, forehead, nose and chin. Then after this, I washed the remaining cleanser off my face and the brush head.
The brush was very effective as it made my skin very clean, smooth and soft. Sometimes if you have a face full of make-up or a build-up of oil on your face, manually using your hands alone to clean your face is not enough. However, this brush provides you with a deeper cleansing experience. This product would also be very beneficial for people with oily skin as it helps to exfoliate skin and get rid of excess oils on your face.
Mary Kay Skinvigorate Cleansing Brush is priced at £35 and can be purchased from their website.
