KORRES WaterLilly Showergel and Body Milk

KORRES is a Greek brand which is based on homeopathic theory and practice. It was founded by George Korres in 1996 after falling in love with the beauty business from his childhood days of playing in his mother's pharmacy. The brand’s simple philosophy is rooted in the use of natural and/or certified organic ingredients of the highest quality, environmentally-friendly yet affordable. I tested out the Waterlilly Showergel and Body Milk. These two products share the beautifully subtle white floral fragrance of Water Lilies. There is a definitely floral fragrance, but none of the headiness of jasmine or sweetness of Lilly of the Valley. The subtlety of the fragrance means that it is pretty unisex. The Shower Gel contains Sodium Laureth Sulphate which is usually an ingredient that I try to avoid as it leaves my skin very dry. The Shower Gel has a rich consistency and foams to create dense small bubbles.

The Body Milk is definitely thicker than a milk and would count as a body lotion. With a sweet almond oil and glycerine base it is quite hydrating for the lightness of the lotion but not suitable for my very dry skin. Overall this is a good combo for those with skin that is not irritated or sensitive and not overly dry.

KORRES WaterLilly Showergel is priced at £8.00 and the Body Milk at £10.00.
