Keziah CONNECTIONS, the networking event for Women of Colour who either work or aspire to work in the beauty industry is back on Tuesday 13th May. This time they will be covering WoC beauty entrepreneurs who created their business from scratch. Mother and daughter team, Alicia and Joliette from AfroDeity will be talking about how they built their brand. AfroDeity is an online store that sells natural Caribbean inspired hair and skin products and is endorsed by former BBC Dragon Theo Paphitis. Alicia and Joliette will be sharing their experiences of starting a beauty business, product development and online retailing. You will be able to network and hear from other leaders in the beauty and communications industries, as well as an opportunity to win a generous beauty and lifestyle Hamper and there will be Afrodiety goody bags for all. Keziah CONNECTIONS is founded by Natalie Clue with the aims bringing together enterprising, entrepreneurial WoC who are passionate about all things beauty and business.
