Award-winning hairdresser, Charlotte Mensah will be speaking at I'mPOSSIBLE on Tuesday 10th June, an event that celebrates and promotes the achievements of British Women of Colour. This groundbreaking event is the brainchild of Simone Bresi-Ando and this year will be their third anniversary. Charlotte is the owner of Hair Lounge which is an award winning boutique salon and is also London and Afro Hairdresser of the Year 2013. On the panel she will be joined by four women who are masters in their field; Tameka Epson, Melanie Eusebe, Ijeoma Hunter and Arieta Mujay. Tameka Empson is a writer, actress and voiceover artist who you might remember from Eastenders. She has starred in 3 Non-Blondes and in 2003, the act were listed in The Observer as one of the 50 funniest British comedy acts. Tameka has also been nominated for an Olivier Award for The Big Life, a show she wrote and acted in.

Melanie Eusebe is a management consultant with over 17 years international commercial business experience. She has worked for global brands such as IBM and Ernst & Young where she specialised in designing and delivering business transformation programmes.

Ijeoma Hunter heads up the marketing and business development for Africa at Dentons, one of the world’s largest law firms. She is responsible for co-ordinating the marketing of the Africa practice across over 70 offices.

Arieta Mujay is a fashion creative who has been working in fashion for 15 years. She is the creative director and owner of African Creative Collective, a UK based consultancy created with the sole aim of nurturing and promoting African fashion and design talent.

The panel will be hosted by journalist and author, Hannah Poole. Hannah is curator of talks and debates at Africa Utopia and Women of the World (WOW) festivals at the Southbank centre.
