The Hair-ology Conference is back for the second year running on Saturday 26th July. Whether you have natural or relaxed hair, the Hair-ology Conference is for you. The aim of the event is to bring together all hair types from the Afro-Caribbean community and encourage them to attain healthy hair and scalps, whilst also equipping them with the contemporary tools and resources needed to fulfil this. Relaxed and naturals, men and women, old and young - this is your chance to get all your hair and scalp questions answered by a variety of well informed individuals including trichologist, cosmetic scientist, Shari Nunes, Natasha Dennis and natural hair blogger, Gina aka Natural Belle and relaxed hair vlogger, Julie Oli from Healthy Afro Hair
This non-profit event also seeks to raise awareness regarding medical conditions that affect the Afro-Caribbean community such as Sickle Cell. There will also be opportunities for attendees to attend workshops and network. If that is not enough all those present will receive goody bags filled with goodies from a range of brands sponsoring the conference such as: Palmers, KeraCare and Mizani.
The event takes place on 26th July from 10.00am to 5.00pm at UCL Institute of Child Health 30 Guilford Street, London WC1N 1EH.
