Freedom Pro HD Longwear Concealer
Freedom Makeup is part of the hugely successful TAM Beauty brand, makers of the increasingly popular Makeup Revolution brand and Makeup Obsession. The Freedom Pro HD Longwear Concealers are part of their Pro Artist Collection that promises long lasting and building coverage with a flawless finish.
There are 12 shades in total and I received the two (of the three) darkest shades: Toast and Espresso. Toast has of a yellow undertone compared to Espresso which has more of a red undertone. Both shades blend out easily with a sponge or brush or fingers although I prefer blending with a sponge. It feels nice and almost hydrating (not drying) on the skin. It is also packaged quite nicely with a brush tip applicator which dispenses enough product so you can either use it straight from the tube or apply with your preferred tool.
In terms of performance, the concealers hold up very well during the day. They offer medium buildable coverage and does not crease. I was very surprised with their quality seeing how cheap the products are. The consistency isn’t too thick so it spreads quite well and feels creamy. They work well with the different setting powders I have used with them and once set they last all day. The shades are quite similar to my skin tone so on me for look like a very natural under eye highlight.
These concealers remind me a lot of the L.A Girl Pro Concealers, from the packaging right down to some of the shade names so I’m not quite sure if these are supposed to be dupes for the L.A Girl Pro Concealers, as they are almost the same price. For the price of the Freedom Pro HD Longwear Concealers, they definitely work extremely well and would recommend them. There are 12 shades in total with three shades more suitable for dark skin tones ( the ‘lightest’ dark shade is Fawn) they also have colour correctors in this collection and I would love to see an Orange Corrector.
Freedom Pro HD Longwear Concealer is priced at £3.00.
