Bianca Miller London Nail Collection

You may recognize the name Bianca Miller as the successful entrepreneur who launched her own range of ‘nude’ hosiery to suit many skin tones, in particular darker skin tones. Well she’s expanded her collection to include polishes with the same theme – nudes.

The Nude Hues polishes are a gel effect nail varnish that comes in five shades and ranges from Success (a powdery porcelain nude) to Pride (a deep chocolatey brown with a red undertone). As Bianca describes on her website each of the shades ‘are not skin tone shades but rather nude hues chosen to compliment tones.

Each shade is such that most skin tones can wear all of the colours in the collection depending on the look they want to go for’. I was able to try their shade Believe which is described as a ‘sensual smoky pink nude hue’. This is definitely a beautiful pink tone that seems even more wearable as it appears to have a brown undertone to it.

The formulation of the polishes are something to be excited about as they are free from Toluene, Formaldehyde, DBP, Formaldehyde Resin And Camphor, as well as being vegan friendly and cruelty free.  I found that the polish lasted well for up to three days, however I did notice it start to chip after that point.

The formula is also quite thick, which made it slightly difficult to apply and layer. It is definitely wearable with just one coat, although this doesn’t produce its full opacity. I will say that one thing I noticed and loved about the range is that each polish has an empowering name –which definitely reflects Bianca Miller’s entrepreneurial spirit. These are a great range of polishes, with a great ethos behind the brand itself.

Bianca Miller London Nail Collection is priced at £6.99 each.
