Bee Good is the baby of husband and wife team, Simon and Caroline who created the indie skincare brand in 2008. Simon is an experienced bee keeper and keeps a number of hives in their home in Hampshire. The fab duo have harnessed the centuries-old healing powers of British honey, propolis and beeswax to create this innovative skincare range which is designed to make a real difference to your skin. The products contain ethically sourced bee-based ingredients with naturally active botanicals and plant oils. Honey & Crambe Daily Hand Cream This hand cream is made with deep moisturising British wild flower honey, nourishing crambe oil and British beeswax, skin-strengthening borage oil, protecting camelina oil, antioxidant natural source vitamin E and antibacterial British propolis. Although it is rather rich and creamy at the same it also has a very light feel. The hand cream is deeply absorbed into your hands and stays entrenched for quite some time. You only need a small amount of this for it to be effective. It's a lovely size and will fit in very nicely in your makeup bag.

It is priced at £9.00.

Vanilla & Honey Lip Balm This lip balm is touted to soften, protect and moisturise your lips. It contains British beeswax, nourishing British crambe and borage oils, replenishing British echium oil and natural source vitamin E to bring relief and recuse to dry or chapped lips. The lip balm does keep your lips well lubricated but I found that I needed to keep reapplying it throughout the day. The smell is inoffensive and apart from the packaging I would have no idea that there was any honey or vanilla in it. To be honest I find the texture far too light for my liking, I prefer a much thicker balm. Application is very easy as the tube allows you to control how much balm comes out of the tube. It's not one of my favourite lip balms and felt much more like a lotion but the packaging is very pretty.

It is priced at £4.75.
