Aromatherapy Associates Support Lavender & Peppermint Bath and Shower Oil

With the way the weather was during the Bank Holiday weekend, all I wanted to do was relax and unwind in a hot bath with some magazines. It was the perfect opportunity to try out the Aromatherapy Associates Support Lavender & Peppermint Bath and Shower Oil. The fact that my other half actually used the product before and couldn't stop raving on about it made me even more excited to try it. His words after a 25 minutes soak were "Wow that oil has really helped with my aching muscles." Aromatherapy Associates have been around for over 30 years. Their products do not contain any GM ingredients or Parabens and are not tested on animals. They provide a range of treatments that can be used at home. Their bath and body product collection caters to a wide range of problems. Whether you are looking to relax, de-stress or support they have a product for you.

The Lavender and Peppermint Oil comes from the Support Collection which consists of products that help combat the effects of colds and flus, sensitive skin and more. The combination of Lavender and Peppermint has many health benefits. For example, Lavender Oil is known to help with headaches, sprains and even help with some digestive issue. Whilst Peppermint Oil is known for improving mental awareness and leaving you feeling energised.

The direction of use also known as The Ritual on the packaging says to use a capful of Aromatherapy Associates Support Lavender & Peppermint Oil to your bath of smooth over body before shower. What I liked about this product was how relaxed it made me feel when used in a bath. However, I have to say I hated it when I used it in a shower. Even after the use of shower gel, I was still oily and could smell the strong scent of Lavender and Peppermint on my skin. Now this isn't a bad thing if you like the smell.

A 55ml bottle of Aromatherapy Associates Support Lavender & Peppermint Bath and Shower Oil costs £40.00 and contains enough oil for 20 experiences.
