Argan+ Anti Age Hand & Nail Cream

If you neglect your hands they will show your age faster than almost any other part of your body and there is no surgery last resort. Between using your hands for a variety of tasks every day, the washing and cleaning, your hands take a battering so a hand cream which focuses on the environmental stresses that your hands are faced with is no bad thing. Personally I hate the moniker ‘anti-ageing’ but we are stuck with it. The Argan+ Anti Age Hand & Nail Cream has SPF 15 in it and as someone who spends quite a lot of time driving across London this is fabulous. I applied it before heading to the heated box that is known as my old car that does not have fancy air conditioning. The hand cream also targets age spots which is not something that I am affected by so I cannot comment on the efficiency. If you have used other Argan 5 products you will be familiar with the smell which is slightly nutty and stays on the skin for over 15 minutes depending on what you are doing. The Argan oil is blend of Baobab, Kukui, Moringa and Sacha Inci Oils is across the whole range.

The texture is light and it feels quite rich but it dries down to a velvet finish that is matte. Put it this way, you can unscrew the lid of your jar of marmalade straight after. The hand cream has SPF 15 in it but it does not leave a white caste on the skin. The only downside is that this product is not great for moisturising your cuticles as it does not absorb quickly in this area. It would probably be best to use a product with an oilier texture or a separate oil product. Overall this is a good hand cream for regular use and mine is currently residing in the glove compartment of my car.

Argan 5 Anti Age Hand and Nail Cream is priced at £7.99 and available to buy from Waitrose and Feelunique.com.
